Hi, I’m Carly Brown—a Nashville-based photographer specializing in 35 and 120mm film portraiture. 

Originally from Washington State, I studied Filmmaking in college, where I developed a keen eye for storytelling and composition. While filmmaking initially sparked my interest, it was the art of capturing the essence of people through the timeless beauty of film photography that truly excited me.

My journey took me to Portland, Oregon, where I began finding my niche, experimenting with light, texture, and mood to bring out the unique style and personality of each subject. Now in Nashville, I’m inspired daily by the city’s vibrant music scene and creative energy.
